One thing is for sure you can’t expect good things to happen overnight. One day at a time and stay committed and focused on one’s goals is about all you can do. I am hanging in there and determined to not give up. This is a marathon and not a sprint that’s for sure, it’s a life style change and not something you just try for a short time. One pound at a time and one day at a time. Been going to the gym 6 days a week for 1 hour. Mostly jogging on the treadmill. Smile everyone!
I went to the gym every day last week and worked out for an hour. I’ve drank at least 8 glasses of water every day as well if not more than that. The scale still isn’t moving I’m discouraged but not defeated. I am going to continue to keep doing what I am doing and I know it will show results soon! I can’t do any better than what I am doing so I am just determined to keep doing what I’ve been doing and by the end of this week I KNOW I WILL SEE SOMETHING DIFFERENT! It’s got to happen. Hello All - I’ve been going to the gym everyday so far and that’s great for me. My legs are sooo tired but I’m determined. Haven’t seen much change on the scale but I am also on my monthly thing so you all know how that goes.

I am now back at the gym doing the elliptical machine and treadmill because it’s getting a little bit chilly outside. Drinking lots and lots of water and eating smaller potions. Eat to survive is the key not eat just because it’s time to eat. Eat when I am hungry and not because everyone else is eating! Good luck everyone!
Doing good this week….losing weight is a life style change and sometimes it takes a while for that change to become a habit. But if you really want it then the change is going to have to take place or you’ll get what you really want and need. I know once I reach my goal weight I am going to be a happy person in every area of my life. Getting there is the journey. Planning on going to the gym tonight after work and working my butt off. Did you know that we humans really don’t NEED lot of food to survive now I what I mean is small portions of good food is all we need. In this day in age they serve us bigger portions but if we remember that when we go out to eat at our favorite place just because they give you a 10 oz steak doesn’t mean your suppose to eat all of it….just eat the size of a bar of soap and give the rest to your dinner partner or bring it home for your dog LOL….enjoy your weekend everyone!
Well, it’s a slow process but I’m plugging along. Lost 7 lbs. since I started over again in August. This week has been a great week for me. I’ve gotten my water in w/out being such a heartache and I’ve been actually going to the beach and walking for an hour w/ my dog which she loves. Kinda giving me a change from the gym. It’s actually a workout when you walk in the soft sand trust me! Well, good luck everyone and don’t give up EVER!

Not seeing much progress but I am trying to hang in there and stay committed to this weight loss journey. I was able to get to the gym yesterday so that was good. The weekends are so hard. Heck - everyday is hard.
I had some work done on my one tooth and it kinda took me out all week. I had an unexpected ulsur happen because of the work I had done and that caused major pain that lasted all week. I wasn’t able to exercise at all. Still drinking my water and hanging in there. I am hoping to have a good weekend because the pain has stopped and I want to get back to exercising. Whenever I don’t excercise I feel terrible so I really need to get back to it. Good luck to everyone and have a great weekend.
